How We Started
Creator Cashflow was built by creators who learned how to grow real audiences by constantly adapting and creating content that performed. We all started in gaming, where we learned to capture attention, tell stories quickly, and build engagement at scale through short-form content.
Over time, our paths evolved. Josh continues to lead in gaming, CJ has built a strong presence in beauty and fragrance, and Barton shifted toward building the systems and community behind Creator Cashflow. Across every niche—and through every stage of our growth—the foundation behind our success has remained the same: audience-first content, platform-native storytelling, and performance-driven creatives.
Turning Experience into a Platform
That performance earned us an invitation to TikTok Creative Challenge, where we quickly reached the top 1% of creators. As our results grew, we became mentors within the program, working directly with creators across a wide range of niches to help them build repeatable success.
What began as individual growth became a creator-led ecosystem. Many creators in our community reached the top 1% and went on to mentor others themselves. Helping creators improve their content, understand what performs, and build repeatable success remains central to everything we do.
As the community grew, our focus expanded—not away from creators, but alongside them—into building and managing creator-led campaigns for brands across multiple platforms and monetization programs. Today, we help creators strengthen their work while partnering directly with brands to develop, execute, and scale UGC campaigns from concept through delivery.
Everything we do remains rooted in the same foundation: creators building alongside creators, supported by systems designed to scale results—not just content.
